Hey, I’m DeAndre Thomas – Founder of The Dre Way.
For over 10 years, I’ve been on a mission to help individuals transform their bodies and unlock their full potential, no matter their starting point. With years of training, coaching, and personal experience, I’ve mastered the science of building muscle, burning fat, and achieving peak performance in the shortest time possible.
Before stepping into fitness full-time, I was a collegiate football player and track athlete, constantly navigating between bulking for football and cutting for track season. That constant cycle wasn’t easy, but it taught me exactly how to build strength, burn fat, and optimize performance – without wasting time on things that don’t work.
Now, I take everything I’ve learned from athletics, personal training, and real-world experience to help YOU build the physique you’ve always wanted. Whether you’re trying to get shredded, gain muscle, or create a sustainable fitness routine, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
